Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you purchase a reservation, there are NO CANCELLATIONS, NO REFUNDS and NO RESCHEDULING. Please make sure that you have the time available prior to making a reservation.

ATTENDANCE

You must attend each scheduled session and be on time. Please make arrangements to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Sessions start promptly. If you are late or do not attend a session for ANY reason, you will be dropped from the class. There will be no refunds or rescheduling.

RAIN OUTS

If it is raining, classroom and riding sessions will continue as scheduled. In the event that your RiderCoach decides it is unsafe to continue a riding session due to rain, your group will be rescheduled by the MRE, Inc. office. In order to be included in the rescheduled group you must have been present when the class was cancelled. “NO-SHOWS” will not be rescheduled.
